BusForSale.com is hiring an experienced Diesel Mechanic to work on Prevost and entertainer coaches.Requirements

  • Diesel mechanic experience
  • Prevost and entertainer coach experience
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • CDL a plus

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, service, and repair diesel motorcoaches
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections
  • Prep buses for resale and transport

 

Office Manager

BusForSale.com is hiring a detail-oriented, self-motivated Office Manager to join our team in Goodlettsville, TN. This is a full-time, in-office role supporting the day-to-day operations of the country’s leading bus marketplace — a team that’s been connecting buyers and sellers since 1998.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (bookkeeping, invoicing, or accounts payable/receivable experience preferred)
  • Comfort working within Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, and financial record-keeping in QuickBooks
  • Coordinate internal communication and scheduling using Google Workspace
  • Support the sales team with documentation, correspondence, and follow-up
  • Maintain organized records for vehicle listings, transactions, and vendor relationships
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries as needed
